My wife and I were fortunate to cross paths with Steve Proctor during our search for our dream house. After seeing the quality and workmanship in one of his models, and comparing this to everything else we had already seen up to that point, we were sold but still apprehensive about having a custom home built for us.

From the initial site selection, planning, excavation, erection to finish detail Steve was there to oversee and guide the process to a completed product that we are delighted with. Having control over all of the selections and decisions that enter into this type of undertaking was daunting, but Steve proved to be a patient listener, offered good advice when approached, and was a great problem solver when needed.

My wife and I had our home built by UDH in the summer of 2000. Mr. Proctor worked with us to customize the floor plan we selected, and to build the home to our specifications. We had constant communication with the builder throughout the construction process, and any questions we had were promptly addressed. Mr. Proctor has remained in touch over the years, and has always been ready to answer any question or work with us on any issues that arose. We have lived in our home now for nearly six years, and have been extremely happy with our choice of UDH.
